The Feeling - Sewn
In this video you see the band members playing their instruments and singing in various places, supposedly all in the same room. As the band members continue to play, they get "Sewn" up in what seems to be fibres coming from their intruments and furniture, effectively "sewing" them up. As the video continues the members get further entangled and trapped. The lyrics in the chorus "You've got my Heart in a Head Lock, You Stop the Blood and Make My Head Sore!" This relates back to the vines ensnarling them and sugests that the fibres could be that of the woman/man in who the song is about. What seems to be as the song gets louder and more upbeat the faster the chords tangle the band, this could relate to the more a person gets involved with a relationship or a certain person, the worse they come up and they are drawn into the trap.
How i chose the song and audience.
I chose the song as my friends are in a band, called The Edition, and it is the sort of music in which i listen to. The music is set out for a local audience of people who appreciate the pop/punk and indie scene. The song was my favourite, in which the band produced, out of 3 others which they have recorded. The song is called "We only make computers for education", which tells a story about a teenager who uses internet chat rooms (Msn Messenger) to ask a girl out. It then continues to go on about his attempts to date her, but ends in misery. Lyrics will be posted soon with ideas of the music video

In this Video it shows Fall out Boy playing "America's Suiteheart" upon a carousel dressed in fantasy costumes, this suggests that regular life is just a carousel and continues to go around and round. With the band dressed in fanstasy costumes this can suggest that the world we are in is not what it seems and there is more to what you see on the T.V. The music videos show what seems to be ordinary people looking into a tv then they get sucked in to the reality/fantasy world which changes them, as portrayed in the video can happen to anyone. Once dragged through the T.V screen the percieved stars then turn into a cartoon then a fantasy character even though it seems they repel the action.

Foo Fighters- In Your Honour

In this double album cover the Foo Fighters have added a sunrise effect in the bacground of the image to show that this is the main part of the album art. As the light blue lines point to the centre it directs your attension to the golden eagle in the centre. The golden eagle is the symbol of america which represents the honour in which the band have for their country. The blue curtain like background of the eagle gives the sense of a presidential sort of feeling, with the gold adding a more expensive, royal feel to the image. The banner which displays the name of the foo fighters name suggests that it is a royal peace of parchment which fits in with the rest of the image. The bison at the top of the image is a piece of art that is used throughout many of the foo fighter albums and can be used as a sort of symbol. Finally the white flours at the top of the artwork suggest the innocence of the second album due to it being acoustic.

Muse - Starlight
In the opening couple of seconds of the video you see a ship, upon the ship is the three piece band Muse. The reason for the ship in the video relates to the lyrics, "Far away, This Ship Is Taking Me Far away." Which can suggest that the band wants to get away from the city life of what they live which can be influenced by the next line of the song, "Far away from the memories, of the people who care if i live or die". With the band playing alone on the boat this can suggest that they dont care about anyone else and just want to be alone from everyone. Further on into the song, into the chorus, the lyrics of " I'll never let you go, If you promise not to fade away, never fade away!", At this point of the video the lead singer Matt Bellamy fires off a flare gun which links to the words "ill never let you go" as the flare could link to the person as a metaphor for his love. However straight after this the flare starts to "Fade Away" suggesting that the metaphor is already going to fade.

The image shown is that of a male figure dressed as a bear and that as a bear on the back of him. This Image relates to the title of the album " FOLIE a DEUX", this word is french and translates to " A Madness Shared By Two" thus explaing the image.
The Colour of the background enhances the image as it contrasts with the yellow suit of the human.
The text upon the album cover is simetrically plaed either side of the and the middle word is not in bold, this means it is jsut a connective word and is less importand that the others. " FOLIE a DEUX" is in a different colour to show that it is the album name.

The albums name "ECHOES, SILENCE, PATIENCE & GRACE" is also in block lettering and an ordinary font how ever the name of the title is unordinary and the "&" simbol is in a different colour which suggests that you must not forget the word grace as it is just as important as all of the other ones.
The image in the centre of the album seems to be the tail end of a bomb which could link with the title of the album, with the echoes being the dropping of the bombs, silence of the aftermath and the patience and grace of the people who were not harmed on the victims of the bombs. However the other part of the bomb is unclear as the glass chamber seems that to resemble a light bulb but the inside is not a filament but instead looks more like that of some old electronics.
